in connection with fixed-term financial instruments. He has taken part in privatization
processes and investment processes linked with the entry of a new investor into
a company.
He sits on supervisory boards of incorporated (limited) companies.

She has experience in negotiating and preparing investment contracts.
She also deals with international tax law. She provides legal services for FK Law Firm’s foreign Clients.
